All TAC channels should be slot 1, local 9 on slot 2, PA 3142 is static on slot 1.
***Note*** Due to confusion of the Group 2 / 314259 talkgroup linking, I am disconnecting this from group 2 and instead leaving slot 2 static on 314259.
