ALL OPERATORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH, IMPLEMENT, AND PROMOTE, THE DMR OPERATING GUIDELINES THAT ARE REFERENCED ON THE WEB-SITE. Please restrict PRIVATE CALLS to TIME SLOT 1 ONLY and only when the repeater is not busy (USE digital monitor mode or Brandmeister Last Heard to check for slot-1 activity prior to using PRIVATE CALL if practicable). Time-Slot 2 is for MEMBER/LOCAL traffic on TALK-GROUP 311602 ONLY. TALK-GROUP 311603 on TIME-SLOT 1 is for EMERGENCY COMMS only.
